Idaho Capitol Watch
HB 10: EDUCATION – Adds to existing law to allow public schools to display only certain flags and banners on school property and to prohibit schools from displaying certain flags and banners.
Requires Idaho public schools to display only specific flags and banners (U.S., state, military, school-related, etc.) and prohibits those representing political viewpoints, including political parties, race, sexual orientation, gender, or ideology. Effective July 1, 2025.
