HB 102: RECREATION DISTRICTS – Amends existing law to establish additional procedures to file petitions for the dissolution of recreation districts.
Amends Idaho Code §31-4320 to revise recreation district dissolution procedures. Adds alternative petition path allowing district board majority to initiate dissolution (if qualified electors increased >200% since creation), alongside existing 20% elector signature requirement. Makes technical corrections. Effective July 1, 2025.
