HB 103: OPEN MEETINGS LAW – Amends existing law to establish provisions regarding multiple action items on an agenda.
Amends Idaho Code §74-204 to establish rules for multiple action items on public meeting agendas, requiring unanimous consent for consent calendars with multiple decisions or separate votes if not unanimous. Effective July 1, 2025.
