HB 105: VETERINARY PRACTICES – Amends existing law to revise a provision related to veterinary medical practice ownership.
Amends Idaho Code §54-2113 to revise corporate practice of veterinary medicine, allowing sole proprietorships, partnerships, or professional entities under Title 30, Chapter 21. Prohibits non-professional business corporations from providing veterinary services. Permits not-for-profit corporations to own related property if a licensed veterinarian controls medical decisions. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
