HB 107: OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING REFORM ACT – Amends existing law to provide for certain occupational licensing policy and to provide for universal occupational licensing practice authority.
Reforms occupational licensing by prohibiting new licenses without statutory authorization, requiring fees in statute/rule by 2026, and establishing universal practice authority for licensed professionals consistent with education, training, and standard of care. Effective July 1, 2025.
