HB 112: EXECUTIVE BUDGET – Amends existing law to provide that the executive budget document shall not contain certain logos, mottos, or slogans.
Amends Section 67-3507, Idaho Code, to prohibit the executive budget document from containing logos, mottos, or slogans of the executive branch or governor, except for the Great Seal of Idaho and the governor's official logo. Declares an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025.
