Amends Section 72-433, Idaho Code, to revise workers' compensation provisions regarding medical examinations of injured employees. Specifies reimbursement rates for travel and wages, clarifies employee rights to have their own physician present and audio recordings (except for psychological/neuropsychological/psychiatric testing portions), and declares an emergency effective date of July 1, 2025.
