Amends Section 59-502, Idaho Code, to increase Supreme Court justices' salary from $169,508 to $215,000 effective July 1, 2025. Adjusts salaries for Court of Appeals, district, and magistrate judges relative to Supreme Court salary. Declares emergency effective date.
