Idaho Capitol Watch
HB 128: FISH AND GAME – Adds to existing law to provide that the Department of Fish and Game shall not adopt or enforce any rule that makes it unlawful to use sabots in a muzzleloader-only season.
Prohibits the Idaho Department of Fish and Game from adopting or enforcing rules that ban sabot projectiles during muzzleloader-only hunting seasons. Adds new Section 36-419 to Idaho Code. Enacted as Session Law Chapter 191, effective July 1, 2025.
