Amends Idaho Code §49-666 to exempt UTVs equipped with roll cages and seat belts from helmet requirements for riders under 18. Adds seat belt mandates for UTV occupants 16 and younger, with $50 fines for violations (no points/insurance impact). Effective July 1, 2025.
