HB 133: TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding clean indoor air and prevention of minors’ access to tobacco products and electronic smoking devices.
Codifies definitions from administrative rules into Idaho Code for clean indoor air (Ch. 55, Title 39) and tobacco/electronic smoking device sales regulation (Ch. 57, Title 39). Revises permitting, vendor-assisted sales requirements, civil penalties, and enforcement. Repeals certain rules effective July 1, 2025. No new substantive restrictions created.
