HB 136: INSURANCE – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding 340B drug pricing program reporting.
Requires 340B covered entities to annually report drug pricing program data to state agencies including acquisition costs, payments received, pharmacy payments, claim counts, and savings usage by payer type (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare). Data is confidential; aggregated reports published by State Controller's Office. Effective July 1, 2025.
