Idaho Capitol Watch
HB 141: EDUCATION – Adds to existing law to require all Title IX compliance to be vested in the president of each institution of higher education in the state of Idaho.
Requires presidents of Idaho public higher education institutions to have exclusive authority over Title IX compliance, including policy establishment, complaint investigations, and annual reporting to the State Board of Education and Legislative Services Office. Effective July 1, 2025.
