HB 144: TAXATION – Adds to existing law to exempt certain small sellers from sales and use taxes.
Exempts individual Idaho resident small sellers with under $5,000 annual gross receipts from collecting/remitting sales and use taxes. Excludes certain items like vehicles and requires recordkeeping for sellers over $3,000. Effective July 1, 2025.
