HB 153: ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS AND JOURNEYMEN – Amends existing law to provide for dual master electrician and journeyman electrician licensure issuance.
Amends Idaho Code sections 54-1007 and 54-1014 to allow automatic issuance of journeyman electrician license with master electrician license at no extra cost. Updates license renewal fees for dual licensure. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025. Bill signed into law (Chapter 77).
