HB 155: STRATEGIC FACILITIES – Adds to existing law to provide for the crimes of impeding a strategic facility and strategic facility trespass.
Creates new crimes of impeding strategic facilities (misdemeanor/felony based on damage) and strategic facility trespass (misdemeanor first offense, felony repeat). Defines 21 types of strategic facilities including refineries, power plants, pipelines, military sites. Includes exceptions for protected speech and legal activities.
