Amends Idaho Code §54-406 to exempt fundraising athletic contests by 501(c)(3)/(c)(6) charitable organizations from state athletic commission licensing requirements. Passed House 62-7 but failed Senate third reading 14-21 after amendments requiring amateur status and insurance.
