HB 168: CYBERSECURITY AND RESILIENCY FUND – Adds to existing law to establish a cybersecurity and resiliency fund to address the state’s need for information technology and cybersecurity infrastructure.
Establishes the Cybersecurity and Resiliency Fund in the state treasury to address Idaho's information technology infrastructure and cybersecurity needs. Funds will be continually appropriated for these purposes, with a required 5-year replacement plan by the Office of Information Technology Services.
