HB 172: OPEN MEETINGS LAW – Amends existing law to establish provisions regarding multiple agenda items on an agenda.
Amends Idaho Code §74-204 to establish provisions allowing multiple agenda items to be grouped as a consent agenda for voting, with procedures for amendments and emergency actions. Effective July 1, 2025.
