HB 181: CREDIT UNIONS – Amends existing law to provide that a credit union shall deliver articles of incorporation to the Secretary of State.
Amends Idaho Code §26-2105 to require credit unions to deliver endorsed articles of incorporation to the Secretary of State for filing, clarifying organizational filing procedures. Passed both chambers unanimously and signed by Governor (Chapter 108, effective July 1, 2025).
