HB 184: TERRORIST CONTROL ACT – Amends existing law to provide for the crime of domestic terrorism.
Amends Idaho's Terrorist Control Act to define 'domestic terrorism' as activities within Idaho involving foreign terrorist organizations, violations of state law, and either violent acts/threats to intimidate or use of weapons of mass destruction. Adds domestic terrorism as a felony with life imprisonment penalty, elevates related murders to first degree, and removes statute of limitations.
