HB 186: INDECENT EXPOSURE – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding indecent exposure.
Amends Idaho Code §18-4116 to expand indecent exposure provisions to include exposing developed female breasts, altered male breasts resembling female breasts, artificial breasts, and toys/products resembling genitals in public where others are offended. Reduces felony penalty from 10 to 5 years for third offense within 5 years. Exempts breastfeeding. Effective July 1, 2025.
