HB 193: STATE WATER PLAN – Adds to existing law to provide for the establishment of a certain Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer recharge goal in the state water plan.
Requires the Idaho Water Resource Board to revise the state water plan to establish an Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer managed recharge goal of at least 350,000 acre-feet annually. Declares an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025.
