HB 198: LABORATORIES – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding laboratories.
Codifies existing administrative rules for clandestine drug laboratory cleanup standards, drinking water laboratory certification program, clinical laboratory quality assurance, and state laboratory fees into Idaho Code. Repeals corresponding IDAPA rules effective July 1, 2025.
