Establishes the Refugee Medical Assistance Act, creating new Chapter 5, Title 56, Idaho Code. Defines eligibility for refugees based on federal immigration status, limits benefits to those with income at or below 133% FPG with medical spend-down option. Nullifies IDAPA 16.03.06 rules effective July 1, 2025. Bill signed into law March 25, 2025.
