HB 207: EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES – Repeals and adds to existing law to provide for the recognition of the EMS personnel licensure interstate compact.
Enacts the EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact (REPLICA) into Title 46 as a new Chapter 9, repeals prior version in Title 56 (§§56-1013B through 56-1013Q), and declares emergency effective date of July 1, 2025. Facilitates cross-state EMS personnel mobility while maintaining licensing standards.
