HB 208: FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICTS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the consolidation of fire protection districts.
Amends Idaho Code sections 31-1413, 31-1423, and 63-215 to revise fire protection district consolidation procedures, remove outdated budget provisions, update boundary filing requirements, and make technical corrections. Effective July 1, 2025.
