Amends Idaho Code §63-602G to require applicants for the homestead property tax exemption to provide an Idaho state-issued driver's license or ID card number on the application form, unless qualifying under military exceptions. Clarifies identification requirements to prevent multiple claims. Declares emergency with retroactive application to January 1, 2025.
