HB 22: TRANSPORTATION – Amends existing law to provide for data security compliance training for systems used by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
Amends Section 49-202, Idaho Code, to require all employees, agents, and contractors of the Idaho Transportation Department with access to Division of Motor Vehicles source systems to complete data security compliance training and pass FBI criminal background checks. Effective July 1, 2025.
