HB 234: MOTOR VEHICLE – Amends existing law to provide for wildland fire agency or association vehicles in the definition of vehicle.
Amends Section 49-123, Idaho Code to add 'variable load suspension axle' definition and expand 'authorized emergency vehicle' to include wildland fire agency vehicles responding to urban interface fires. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
