HB 242: PRIMARY CARE PRECEPTORS – Adds to existing law to provide for continuing education credits for certain primary care preceptors.
Provides continuing education credits to primary care nurses, physicians, and physician assistants who serve as uncompensated preceptors for graduate students (360+ hours over 2 years) in qualified rural areas. Effective July 1, 2025.
