HB 26: ABLE ACCOUNTS – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for ABLE accounts in the state and to establish an ABLE account advisory council.
Establishes Idaho ABLE Account Program by amending existing law to allow State Treasurer to contract with national ABLE consortium, protects eligibility for state assistance, provides technical assistance/financial literacy outreach, and creates ABLE Account Advisory Council. Effective July 1, 2025.
