HB 267: BOARDS OF COMMISSIONERS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding publication of proceedings.
Amends Idaho Code 31-819 to revise county commissioners' publication requirements. Exempts counties with public websites posting agendas and minutes from monthly newspaper publications of acts and financial summaries. Requires annual financial reports and audit summaries. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
