Amends Idaho Code §67-827A to require criminal history checks (fingerprint-based, Idaho & FBI databases) for prospective OITS employees and contractors in 12 IT disciplines serving external state agencies. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025. Passed unanimously; signed into law (Ch. 143).
