HB 284: EXECUTIVE BUDGET – Amends existing law to provide that the executive budget document shall be delivered by a certain date.
Amends Idaho Code § 67-3506 to change the Governor's executive budget document delivery deadline from five days after the legislative session convenes to on or before December 1 of the preceding year. Declares an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025.
