HB 285: TERRORIST CONTROL ACT – Amends existing law to provide for the crime of domestic terrorism.
Amends Idaho's Terrorist Control Act to define 'domestic terrorism' as felony activities within Idaho involving violence or weapons of mass destruction intended to intimidate or influence policy. Adds domestic terrorism to prohibited activities with felony penalties up to life imprisonment, elevates related murders to first degree, and removes statute of limitations. Sponsored by Ways and Means Committee.
