HB 286: PHARMACISTS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding board membership and certain qualifications.
Expands Idaho Board of Pharmacy from 5 to 7 members by adding one certified registered pharmacy technician and one additional pharmacist. Establishes qualifications for the technician member and requires diverse pharmacy practice experience. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
