HB 310: ELECTIONS – Amends existing law to require certain anti-fraud measures to be employed to ensure election ballots are secure.
Amends Idaho Code §34-901 to require county clerks to implement specific anti-fraud measures for election ballots, including unique identifiers, watermarks, holograms, security paper, and official stamps. Mandates testing, voter secrecy protection, and chain of custody documentation. Effective July 1, 2025.
