HB 325: IDAHO HOUSING AND FINANCE ASSOCIATION – Amends existing law to remove obsolete provisions and to provide that federal grants received on or after July 1, 2026, shall be subject to certain requirements.
Amends Idaho Code sections 67-6203 and 67-6223 to remove obsolete language from the Idaho Housing and Finance Association's commissioner appointment provisions and to require new federal grants received on or after July 1, 2026, to follow state budgeting processes under chapter 35, title 67. Declares an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025.
