Transfers Idaho Department of Health and Welfare child support administrative rules (IDAPA 16.03.03) into statute. Revises enforcement remedies including liens, consumer reporting notifications, medical support enforcement, and support order review/modification processes. Nullifies existing rules effective July 1, 2025.
