HB 34: INTERAGENCY CONTRACTS WITH STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding an agency that contracts with a state institution of higher education.
Amends Idaho Code 67-2332A to require competitive solicitation for state agency contracts with Idaho public universities, allowing agencies to bypass full procurement processes through the Division of Purchasing while maintaining competition among state institutions. Effective July 1, 2025.
