Establishes the America250 Commemoration Fund in state treasury to fund Idaho's 250th anniversary celebrations using remaining 2024 appropriations ($1.65M), gifts, and grants. Creates 7-member America250 Advisory Committee to oversee expenditures. Funds sunset to general fund on June 30, 2027. Signed into law April 2, 2025 (Chapter 256).
