HB 36: IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the issuance of a subpoena in a contested case.
Adds new Section 67-5251A to Idaho Code establishing procedures for issuance, service, fees, and district court enforcement of subpoenas in administrative contested cases under the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2025.
