HB 365: ATTORNEY GENERAL – Adds to existing law to provide the Attorney General with concurrent investigative and prosecutorial power of violations of certain election laws.
Grants the Attorney General concurrent authority to investigate and prosecute criminal and civil violations of Idaho election laws (Chapter 23, Title 18 and Title 34, Idaho Code). Adds new Section 67-1417. Effective July 1, 2025.
