HB 375: TAXATION – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for certain local sales and use taxes.
Authorizes cities and counties to levy local option sales and use taxes up to 2% on specified products/services, approved by voters in even-year November elections with max 4-year duration. Replaces existing resort city and auditorium district taxes with sunset provisions. Requires state constitutional amendment approval in 2026.
