Adds new Section 54-1740 to Idaho Code prohibiting pharmaceutical manufacturers from restricting access to 340B discounted drugs by covered entities and contract pharmacies, ensuring affordable prescription drug access, particularly in rural areas. Effective July 1, 2025 as emergency legislation.
