Governor ($32,600 GF capital), State Lottery ($176,700 Lottery Fund capital), Brand Inspection ($289,200 Brand Board Fund), Pardons & Parole ($12,600 GF operating), PUC ($114,100 PUC Fund), and Idaho Public TV ($342,400 GF capital). Emergency clause effective July 1, 2025.
