Repeals existing Local Innovation School Act (Chapter 58, Title 33, Idaho Code) and establishes new Districts of Innovation program. Allows eligible school districts to gain exemptions from certain state laws, rules, and policies to pursue innovative educational practices aimed at improving student performance.
