Amends Idaho Code Section 22-1002 to define 'chickens' and adds new Section 22-1003 to authorize residential chicken ownership on single-family dwellings (lots ≥0.25 acres), overriding deed restrictions and HOA bans but subject to local ordinances. Excludes multifamily units and agricultural zones.
