Amends Section 33-5905, Idaho Code, to reduce the Idaho School Safety and Security Advisory Board from 13 to 6 members, restructuring gubernatorial appointments and adding representatives from law enforcement and emergency management. Declares an emergency with effective date of July 1, 2025.
